2008
Woodbury Prayer Breakfast
2008 saw record
attendance! Over 700 people attended the
2008 Woodbury Prayer Breakfast at the Prom
Center. Paul Ridgeway of Ridgeway
International shared a personal and powerful
testimony of how God called him to share
Christ’s message of salvation with others.
“It is evident
that Paul is not ashamed of the gospel and
has a strong desire to share that it is the
power of God for salvation to everyone who
has faith,” said Mary Giuliani Stephens, one
of the event committee members.
Check back soon
to listen to Paul’s message. Kim Jeffries,
now Kim Ketola, served as this year’s emcee.
Kim hosts her own radio show on KTIS FM.
Karen Diers sang “Burdens Roll Away” and “I
Go to the Rock” with the Gospel Choir and
the New Life Jazz Band. Karen closed the
morning with “God Bless America”.

Message From the Co-Chairs
Thanks to all
of you who worked hard and gave freely and
generously of your time and resources for
this year’s event. This event would not be
possible without the support of our
community businesses, sponsorships and
in-kind donations, and the countless
volunteer hours of many who attend to
details behind the scenes.! What an honor
and privilege it has been to serve with the
steering committee members to plan for this
community event and to pray with them for
our city and surrounding areas, its’
leaders, and citizens. The Woodbury Prayer
Breakfast is more than an event. It is a
commitment to continue to serve the
community, through prayer and follow-up.
